A small batch infused olive oil made to actually cook with. We use a light tasting olive oil so it disappears into your food instead of taking it over. No heavy oil flavor coming through your cookies, your brownies, or your dinner.

Use it for baking, sautéing, frying, salad dressing, or drizzling over something already finished.

Light olive oil has a smoke point around 465°F, so it holds up to real heat. That said, the green will  start to degrade well before the oil does. We recommend keeping it at or below 350°F to protect potency.

Store it in a cool dark place with the cap sealed. Shake before each use.
