At Meca Treats, everything is made fresh to order, and we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every treat. To ensure a smooth shipping experience, please review our full policy below:
⏳ PROCESSING TIME

All orders require a 7 to 10 business day processing period before shipping.
- Business days are Monday through Friday — this does not include weekends or holidays.
- This means your order is packed and prepared within 7–10 business days, then dropped off to the carrier.
🚚 SHIPPING SPEED

Once your package is dropped off, the shipping speed you selected at checkout takes effect.
- Ground shipping: Adds 5 to 7 business days of transit time after the 7–10 day processing period.
- Express or 1-Day shipping: Means faster delivery after processing, not same-day shipping.
- Choosing faster shipping only affects delivery speed once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
🧊 INFUSED & PERISHABLE ITEMS
- Products like lemonades and infused juices are only shipped with 1 day shipping to preserve quality and freshness.
- We are not responsible for packages left outside, spoiled items due to delays, or melted products due to unattended delivery.
📬 ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive:
- An order confirmation after checkout (via text or email).
- A shipping notification with tracking once your package has been fulfilled and dropped off.

- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you don’t see your confirmation or tracking emails.
⚠️ IMPORTANT SHIPPING RULES
- All orders are made-to-order—we do not keep inventory sitting on shelves. Freshness is our standard.
- No refunds or replacements will be given for orders marked as delivered unless there is clear proof of damage or an error on our part.
- Please double-check your address before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer input error.
- If your package is lost or delayed after it leaves our hands, please first contact the shipping carrier (usually UPS). If further help is needed, reach out to us after.
- Missing item claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, and must include a photo of the full order as it arrived.
- Large orders or mixed treat orders may ship in separate boxes to protect product quality.
