Q: How do I order for shipping?

A: Once you’re on the checkout page, select how you’d like to receive your order. For shipping, choose the “Shipping” option. We do not offer local delivery or local pickup.

Q: When do I pay?

A: Payment is due at the time of order. If payment is not received, your order will be canceled.

Q: How do I pay?

A: All major credit cards are accepted.

Q: Why is the processing time 7-12 business days?

A: Everything is made fresh to order by Meca herself & we love to ensure the highest quality. This processing time does not include your selected shipping time (1-day, 2-3 day, or 5-7 day). We do adhere to the shipping postage you pay for and print labels accordingly.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Meca’s Treats LLC is located in New York. Pickup is only available to local residents of Central NY. Items labeled “Syracuse Pickup” are not available for shipping.
