Q: Where are you located?
Meca's Treats LLC is located in NY. Pickup is not available.
Whats Your Refund Policy?
At Meca’s Treats LLC, all of our products are handmade, made-to-order, and perishable. For this reason, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
We do not issue refunds for:

Changes of mind or mistaken orders

Delayed deliveries due to postal issues, holidays, or weather

Products affected by acts of God, acts of nature, or circumstances outside our control after shipment

Products that were not stored properly upon delivery
What we will refund or replace:
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to transit, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
