Q: How do I order for shipping or pick-up?

A: Once you're on the checkout page, select how you'd like to receive your order.

  • For shipping: Choose the "Shipping" option.
  • For pick-up: Choose the "Pick-Up" option.

Q: What is the "On-Hand Menu"?

The On-Hand Menu lists treats that are available for same-day shipping or pick-up. If an item is not listed on the On-Hand Menu, it is not available for same-day pick-up or shipping.

💡 Want to guarantee you get your favorite treats? Pre-order them! Pre-ordering ensures that your treats are made fresh and stocked sooner, so you don’t have to wait for them to become available.


Q: When do I pay?

A: Payment is due at the time of order. If payment is not received, your order will be canceled.


Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo. Cash is not accepted.


Q: Why is the processing time 2-5 days?

A: We make everything fresh to order to ensure the highest quality. This processing time allows us to maintain freshness while continuing to grow our business.


Q: Where are you located?

Meca's Treats LLC is located in Upstate NY. The pick-up address will be provided after your order is placed.


Whats Your Refund Policy?

At Meca’s Treats LLC, all of our products are handmade, made-to-order, and perishable. For this reason, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Changes of mind or mistaken orders

  • Delayed deliveries due to postal issues, holidays, or weather

  • Products affected by acts of God, acts of nature, or circumstances outside our control after shipment

  • Products that were not stored properly upon delivery

What we will refund or replace:
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to transit, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
To qualify for this:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos of the product and packaging to verify damage

  • Your order must have been shipped to the correct address you provided at checkout

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
