Damaged or Melted Items
We know shipping delays and summer heat can happen, and we want to make it right.
**To qualify for a resolution:**
- You must reach out within **24 hours of delivery**
- You must provide **clear photo and/or video documentation** of the damaged item(s), including the packaging
- Claims submitted after the 24-hour window, or without documentation, unfortunately cannot be honored
Resolution:
Approved damage claims are resolved with **store credit**, issued to the email used at checkout. We do not offer product resends or cash refunds for damage claims — store credit keeps things simple and lets you choose exactly what you'd like next from the shop.
💡 *Tip: Always check out using the same email you normally use so your credit applies automatically to your account.*
**Insulated Cold Pack Shipping:** For customers in warmer climates or ordering during summer months, we offer a $30 Insulated Cold Pack Shipping upgrade (2-Day Air + gel ice pack + insulated liner + medical-grade wrap) at checkout. We highly recommend this option to reduce the risk of melting in transit.

Non-Damage Returns
Due to the consumable, small-batch nature of our products, we **do not accept returns or exchanges** on items that arrive as described and intact. All sales are final outside of the damage claim process above.

Order Issues (Wrong Item, Missing Item)
If something's off with your order — wrong flavor, missing item, etc. — let us know within **24 hours of delivery** with your order number. We'll review and make it right, typically via store credit.

One-Time Exceptions
Every now and then, life happens. We may extend a **one-time courtesy exception** outside standard policy at our discretion. If this applies to your situation, we'll always state clearly that it's a one-time exception and not a change to standing policy.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you reach out to us directly before filing a dispute with your bank or card provider — we're always happy to work through an issue together. Filing a chargeback in place of contacting us may result in delayed resolution and can affect eligibility for future orders.
